DIAGAXIS is a trade name of Scale Your Biz Online, registered in British Columbia, Canada.
Section 01: Reliance on Information & Disclaimer
Client Role
Clients receive configured Diagaxis subscriptions within the platform, featuring integrated AI qualification and conversion capabilities operating autonomously within defined parameters.
Leads are qualified through DIAGAXIS Voice AI (Ana) before processing. The system does not guarantee specific conversion outcomes.
Compensation
Compensation based on qualified leads or conversions is communicated during onboarding and may be updated with reasonable notice.
Rules
- No modifications to DIAGAXIS tools beyond platform options
- Cannot misrepresent yourself as DIAGAXIS employee or official representative
- Data collection must comply with Privacy Policy and applicable law
- Unethical practices constitute grounds for immediate termination
Section 02: Accessing Our Platform
- Access permitted temporarily
- DIAGAXIS reserves right to withdraw or amend content without notice
- No liability if Platform is unavailable
Section 03: Intellectual Property Rights
DIAGAXIS owns all intellectual property, including brand, DXS architecture, configurations, AI workflows, and content. All rights reserved.
Personal, non-commercial use allowed with proper attribution and unmodified content. Commercial use requires written license. Unauthorized use may result in termination.

Section 04: Updates & Changes
Content changes without notice. DIAGAXIS may suspend access or close Platform at discretion with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Section 05: Information About You
Data processing follows the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent and confirm all provided data is accurate.
Section 06: Viruses, Hacking & Security
Prohibited activities:
- Introducing viruses or malware
- Unauthorized server access
- Denial-of-service attacks
- Reverse-engineering system architecture
Violations may constitute criminal offenses. DIAGAXIS will report to authorities. Not liable for cyberattack damage.

Third-party links provided for information only. DIAGAXIS accepts no responsibility for external content.
Section 08: Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and governs data handling.
Section 09: Use of Artificial Intelligence
Services use AI-First architecture, including DIAGAXIS Voice AI agents — Ana (qualification & sales close), Maya (onboarding intake), Pax (ongoing support), and Dax (diagnostic depth) — for autonomous engagement across the customer journey. All AI outputs provided "as-is" without guaranteed results. AI agents are not human. Review the AI Transparency Statement for full details.
Section 10: Subscription & Pricing
Monthly subscriptions, no setup fees, no long-term contracts:

DIAGAXIS may revise Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Section 12: Governing Law
Governed by British Columbia law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of British Columbia courts.
