This is Diagaxis's complete service agreement governing AI-powered business infrastructure offerings. The document covers services, payments, cancellation, responsibilities, AI disclosure, data handling, and liability.
Service Tiers & Pricing
Monthly subscriptions, no setup fees, no long-term contracts. All tiers feature integrated AI agents (Ana, Maya, Pax, Dax) operating across qualification, onboarding, support, and diagnostic depth.
Pre-core tier
Digital Front Desk — $297 / month. Always-on inquiry capture and qualification across web chat, forms, and inbound channels. Lead classification + virtual assistant configuration + scheduling integration.
Word of Mouth Loop — $497 / month. Referral and review automation layer. Captures and routes referrals into the contact database with automated follow-up sequences.
Core tier
Revenue Root System — $997 / month. Mandatory entry to the Core class. Full intake system installation including phone agent, chat widget, conversion-focused page or website, and qualification routing — configured to the business niche, services, and hours.
Flywheel Response — $997 / month. Standalone-eligible reach-to-response system. Connects content (carousels, short-form video, foundation video) to an owned conversation layer that captures every engagement and routes follow-up. Deliverables per published cadence specification.
Expansion tier
Continuity System — $2,000 / month. Ongoing optimization and retention layer. Extends Core installations with deeper analytics, content cadence expansion, and retention-focused automation.
Relationship Continuum — $3,500 – $5,000+ / month. Multi-stakeholder, high-touch architecture. Includes founder involvement at the human layer for stakeholder relationships above the autonomous AI close threshold.
Critical Terms
Activation
System goes live within published timelines per tier. Pre-core tiers activate within 24-48 hours of subscription confirmation. Core tiers begin install within 72 hours; full operational state per tier-specific delivery cadence (typically 7-14 days). Expansion tiers follow phased deployment timelines defined in onboarding.
Billing
Monthly recurring charges begin on activation date.
Cancellation
No long-term contract required. Service remains active until billing cycle ends. Data retained per the Privacy Policy retention schedule (12 months post-cancellation for active subscribers).
AI Disclosure
The platform uses AI agents (Ana, Maya, Pax, Dax) for conversation management, lead classification, onboarding intake, support, and content generation. Full disclosure is provided in the AI Transparency Statement. The platform does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Liability Cap
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by British Columbia law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of British Columbia courts (per Terms of Use Section 12).
