    Accessibility Statement

    Last updated: July 18, 2026

    Commitment and Current Status

Diagaxis is the public operating brand of Scale Your Biz Inc. Diagaxis is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its accessibility target. The website has not yet completed a site-wide formal conformance assessment, so this statement must not be read as a claim of full conformance or certification.

    1. Accessibility Target

We have established the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target standard for web accessibility. This is a target we are actively working toward, rather than an achieved certification.

    2. Measures Currently Present

Based on our code review, the following accessibility strengths are present in our current implementation:

    • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, and footer) are used to structure pages.
    • An English language attribute is set on the document, and dynamic page titles are used to aid navigation.
    • Mobile-first responsive design patterns are implemented.
    • Visible focus styling is present on representative form controls.
    • Explicit label and input associations are found on representative tool forms.
    • Semantic colour tokens exist to support consistent contrast management.

    3. Known Limitations and Unverified Areas

We are aware of the following limitations and areas that have not yet been fully verified:

    • No "skip to main content" link was found in the current architecture.
    • No specific reduced-motion handling (such as respecting prefers-reduced-motion) was found.
    • No automated accessibility test configurations (like axe-core or jsx-a11y) are currently integrated into the build pipeline.
    • Image alternative text implementation has not yet been verified across all pages.
    • Site-wide keyboard traps, screen-reader announcements for dynamic toasts and popovers, exact colour contrast ratios, zoom/reflow behaviour, captions/transcripts, and assistive-technology behaviour require manual testing and remain unverified.

    4. Assessment Approach

Our current understanding of the website's accessibility is based on code review and representative preview checks. A comprehensive site-wide manual assessment and formal assistive-technology testing remain outstanding.

    5. Feedback and Accommodation

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Diagaxis. If you encounter barriers, please contact us through the website chat widget when staffed or available. When reaching out, it is helpful to describe the page you were on, the barrier you encountered, the device and browser you were using, and your preferred method of contact.

    6. Ongoing Improvement

We are committed to ongoing improvement. Findings from feedback and future assessments will be prioritized through our site remediation backlog.
