Identity and Scope
Diagaxis is operated by Scale Your Biz Inc. in British Columbia, Canada. These terms apply to our optional SMS and text messaging programs in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States.
Our messaging program is strictly optional and applies only to people who separately opt in through a Diagaxis website or chat interaction. Providing a phone number, opening chat, submitting a request, creating a card, or claiming a card does not by itself create marketing consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Types of Messages
Informational/Non-Marketing Messages: These include requested information or resources, responses to an inquiry, and appointment or service updates.
Marketing/Promotional Messages: These include product or service news and offers. You will only receive these messages if you provide separate, explicit marketing consent.
Chat and SMS are Separate Choices
Using the live chat widget on our website does not enroll you in our SMS marketing program. Chat and SMS are separate choices, and any request to opt into SMS will be presented clearly, optionally, and unchecked by default.
Rates and Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out (STOP) and Support (HELP)
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again.
