AI Transparency Statement
Last updated: July 27, 2026
Summary: Diagaxis is the public operating brand of Scale Your Biz Inc. Diagaxis uses AI agents to execute approved operating protocols. People are responsible for the rules, knowledge, limits, escalation paths, and final review. We believe AI should support human capability and ensure consistency, not replace human accountability.
1. Clear Disclosure
We do not present AI agents as human. A user must be informed when they are interacting with an AI system. Our agents are designed to be introduced clearly as automated assistants to prevent human impersonation or deception.
2. What Our AI May Do
Our AI agents operate within defined permissions. They are authorized to:
- Retrieve and share approved business information and knowledge.
- Collect relevant details to understand customer intent.
- Support routine next steps, such as scheduling or basic intake.
- Route work to the appropriate human team member.
- Produce operational signals to help identify gaps in the customer journey.
3. What Our AI Must Not Do
We place firm boundaries on automated actions. Our AI agents are prohibited from:
- Inventing facts, policies, or pricing outside of approved knowledge.
- Hiding their identity as an automated system.
- Pressuring, deceiving, or manipulating users.
- Making unsupported promises or commitments on behalf of the business.
- Overriding permissions or bypassing security controls.
- Providing regulated professional judgment (e.g., medical, legal, or financial advice).
- Continuing a conversation when it falls outside their approved limits or when a human has been requested.
4. Human Accountability and Escalation
AI systems do not operate in a vacuum. Human operators are responsible for the behavior of the agents they deploy. We configure escalation triggers: if an inquiry is too complex, involves a sensitive situation, or if a user specifically requests human assistance, the AI is designed to route the interaction to a responsible team member where available. We maintain a path for correction and complaint resolution.
5. Data Boundaries
Data processed by our AI agents is restricted to what is necessary to complete the interaction. We use approved processors with access controls, logging, and review mechanisms designed to support data security. AI interactions are not used to secretly profile users or sold to third parties. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Failure Handling
When an AI agent encounters a scenario it cannot resolve, it is programmed to stop, disclose its uncertainty, and escalate the issue. It preserves the available context of the conversation so that a human operator can take over and support the necessary correction.
7. Accessibility and Contact
A human-contact path is provided through the website chat widget when staffed or available. If you have questions about our AI governance, wish to report an issue, or need human assistance, please use the chat widget.
For more information on our legal and operational frameworks, please review our Terms of Use and Agreement of Services.
